Principles:
Michael A. Beach: Michael is co-founder
of HighTide Partners, LLC a business operations consulting
and project management firm specializing in helping companies
succeed in challenging times. Prior to founding HighTide
Partners, Michael’s experience included executive
positions over 30 years during the rise, fall and resurrection
of MCI Communications. Michael helped open new markets to
competition, implemented new organizations, negotiated resolution
of $6 Billion in creditor claims during bankruptcy recovery,
provided expert testimony in state and federal regulatory
forums, and managed both rapid growth and consolidation
strategies. He has experience in public policy, bankruptcy
recovery, contract negotiation, and numerous other international
and US business operations functions. Following the acquisition
of MCI by Verizon, Michael was selected to head the consolidation
of US vendor audit and payment operations for the combined
company with responsibility for ongoing audit, payment and
dispute resolution of over $7 Billion in annual vendor costs.
Michael’s hands-on approach and wealth of experience
brings tremendous value to clients who need reliable help
and guidance during periods of tremendous change impacting

Pat J. Lewis: Pat is co-founder
of HighTide Partners, LLC. Pat is a Sales and Marketing
executive with a track record
of exceeding sales objectives, attracting new customers
and satisfying unique customer requirements through the
modification of existing products and services. Pat successfully
managed, trained and developed Account Executives and Consultants
in their sales and support functions for network interconnection,
access and billing services. Pat is an experienced manager
and project leader, including design and construction of
technical sites and administrative office facilities.
